Booking & Cancellation Policies
Deposit and Initial Payment:
A 50% deposit plus applicable taxes is due at the time of booking. Upon receipt of this payment, you will receive an email confirming your reservation.
Final Payment:
The remaining balance plus applicable taxes is due 7 days before the reservation date. Information regarding access of cabin will not be sent until payment is complete.
Payment Reminders:
If final payment has not yet been made, you will receive a payment reminder email 7 days before your reservation date. This email will include options for completing your final payment.
Deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel your booking, the deposit can be applied to a future stay within 12 months of the original reservation date, subject to availability.
