Tucked behind our adored willow tree and across the street from beaches, the Salty Stay Cabin is ready to help you unwind and reconnect.

Downstairs Bedroom: A cozy queen bed promises restful nights. Find drawers under the bed for ample luggage storage.

Upstairs Loft: Spacious and versatile - room for yoga or stargazing. Upstairs, there is a king bed and a daybed that can be converted into two singles or a double bed. Find storage drawers at the top of the stairs.

Equipped with a gas range, cast iron pans, roasting pans, blender and cocktail bar, our expansive kitchen is perfect for preparing gourmet meals or collaborating over a cooking session.

Additional Details

Parking

We have ample parking for up to three cars in the driveway. You will need a car, our road is a bit remote.

During your stay

  • Quiet hours 10:00 PM – 11:00 AM

Additional Linen Fee

Our pricing is set for 4 people and the use of the queen and king beds.

If you use the single beds in the loft without prior approval, you are subject to a $50 Linen fee per single bed used, to cover the extra time it takes to wash and dry those sheets without prior planning.

Extra Person Fee

Extra Guest Fee: $25 per person, per night (Applies to guests over 4 people).

Our base nightly rate includes up to 4 guests and the use of two beds. We also offer two additional single pull-out beds to comfortably accommodate extra guests.

For parties larger than four, an additional fee of $25 per person, per night applies to help cover extra utilities, linens, and cleaning. Please ensure the total number of guests is accurately reflected in your booking so we can prepare the cabin for a comfortable stay.

Pet Fee & Policy

Pet Cleaning Fee: $65 per stay, per pet
Damage Fee: Charged if cleaning or repairs exceed normal wear

We’re happy to welcome well-behaved, house-trained pets to our cabin! Please note that the space includes a white couch and high-end linen bedding, which we work hard to keep in excellent condition for all guests. We kindly ask that pets stay off all furniture and beds at all times. Pets must be house-trained and may not be left unattended inside the cabin.

A $65 per-pet cleaning fee covers the additional care required after the pet's stay. Any damage to furniture, linens, or excessive cleaning beyond normal pet cleaning may result in an additional damage fee.

When travelling with pets, we recommend packing a towel and a throw blanket to help wipe paws and dry off after outdoor adventures—this small step goes a long way in keeping the cabin cozy and comfortable for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us care for the space!

We are located on one of the most coveted locations on salt spring. It’s a peaceful laid back road filled with locals. We have access to multiple beaches within a 5 min walk and some great hikes.

Farm-stands, and popular food venues are within a 10 minute drive. It’s a great place for a home base and relaxing getaway.
